Top 100 Schools Worldwide - T4 2020
The Govt. Primary School at Aadi Peepli, Kotra was selected as one of the top 100 schools from across the world at the T4 global education conference 2020.
The focus of the school's selection was the aspect of community ownership and participation in learning engagement. This recognition placed Kotra's community-driven education model on the global stage, validating Kshamtalaya's approach to deep community immersion.
Top 100 Schools - T4 2021 (Again!)
The Govt. Senior Secondary School at Mandwa, Kotra was selected again as one of the top 100 schools worldwide at the T4 global education conference 2021.
The focus was Community Partnership and Collaboration - including parental engagement and working with employers. This second consecutive global recognition cemented Kshamtalaya's reputation for building authentic school-community partnerships.
1 Lakh+ Teachers Trained with SCERT
Kshamtalaya supported training more than 1 lakh+ teachers in partnership with SCERT - upskilling them in self-awareness, attention training, resilience, compassion and interdependence.
Through the flagship Hausla program, a notable 39% of teachers reported a significant boost in well-being, as measured by the WHO-5 well-being index. This partnership with SCERT represents one of the largest teacher well-being interventions in the country.
Top 10 World's Best School Prize
Family Champions: A cadre of empowered mothers leading the educational movement in Govt Schools of Seemapuri, Delhi - shortlisted for T4 World's Best School Prize 2023.
Through the Family Champion program - community learning centers, parent learning ambassadors, and home-based learning support - Kshamtalaya forged a strong connection among teachers, students, and parents. The recognition for community collaboration came despite challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the program effectively addressing issues of disconnection, remote learning, and parental support.
Khushishala Program Launch with RSCERT
Under NEP 2020, RSCERT launched the Khushishala-Khud Ki Khoj program for students' mental and emotional well-being - a pilot across 60 schools in Banswara and Sirohi districts.
In partnership with RSCERT under the National Education Policy 2020, the Khushishala pilot study was launched across 60 schools for students' mental health, emotional development and self-awareness. This was a unique first-of-its-kind initiative in Rajasthan.
