Five Programs, One Vision
Our Mission is to anchor the child at the center of a collaborative educational movement. We do this through five interconnected programs spanning Demonstration, Community Leadership, and Systems Excellence approaches.
Transforming Schools From Within
We embed ourselves directly inside government schools and demonstrate what excellent, joyful, holistic education looks like - then help the system replicate it.
School Excellence Program
The Problem: Government schools often lack dedicated support to transition from rote-learning environments to holistic, child-centered spaces.
Our Response: We embed dedicated facilitators directly inside government schools to systematically transition them into self-sustaining hubs of quality learning, student well-being, and structured institutional governance.
Teacher Support Program
The Problem: Teachers in underserved government schools face burnout, lack pedagogical support, and have limited access to mental health or professional development resources.
Our Response: A targeted, peer-led professional development model that equips public school educators with the precise instructional toolkits and mental health frameworks needed to manage complex classrooms effectively.
Includes SEE Learning (Social, Emotional & Ethical Learning) curriculum - developed in partnership with Emory University & the Dalai Lama Trust.
Learning Reaches Home
We mobilize local youth and communities to take learning directly to children's doorsteps - bridging the gap between school and home.
Fale Fale Shiksha Muhim
The Problem: In remote tribal areas, children often drop out of school or fall behind in foundational literacy - unable to access quality support even within communities.
Our Response: A localized, doorstep-delivery learning model that maps, trains, and deploys neighborhood youth to bridge foundational literacy deficits right inside children's homes - going door to door ("Fale Fale" means "all around" in local dialect).
Learning Festivals Internship
The Problem: Children from underserved communities rarely get exposure to creative, project-based, experiential learning that builds practical reasoning and self-expression.
Our Response: A short-term immersion track where outside talent (college students, young professionals) pairs with local youth to run intensive, project-based learning camps focused on creativity, peer learning, and self-expression.
Running since June 2017. Reached multiple locations across all three states.
Building Permanent Systems
We organize communities, parents, and institutions to create self-sustaining systems of educational oversight and support that don't depend on our presence.
STAR Parents
The Problem: School Management Committees (SMCs) exist on paper but rarely function effectively - leaving communities without a voice in their children's education.
Our Response: A structural intervention that organizes and coaches parents to actively run School Management Committees, establishing a permanent system of civic oversight and at-home learning routines. Now adopted by MCD Delhi as a model program.

We work at depth, not breadth. Specific blocks, specific communities, with real trust built over years.
